My mother has been here for 3 months and I have found it to be a good facility. My mother has advanced dementia. She is always attended to. The staff is very pleasant and the business office always helpful. The building is exceptionally clean. They always seem to make sure my mother is never alone. Communication is pretty good. I recommend sanctuary at Holy Cross.

My mom has been a residence of Holy Cross for 3 months now. The staff is great, the building is very clean, they have activities every day & are always working to engage the residences. They are always keeping me updated on mom's prescriptions & any changes in her test results. Every time I go to visit mom, I'm always greeted with smiles from the staff. they all seem to enjoy working at Holy Cross. I would highly recommend Santuary at Holy Cross.

It's plenty room for improvement , the people sit out in the hall way looking really sad and lonely . With the money this nursing home is making they can't rent a few buses with a lift and take them out some times . I see the face on these residents and like I said they are sad. How would they like to spend all of their last days left on the inside . I think they could do a lot better. They serve chicken everyday , and why don't they get some suggestions from the residents and make the menus together . I really wish my sister would transfer.

My Dad (Carl) has been here for a year. The Staff has been so kind and caring to my Dad, our family, and myself. Anytime we have asked for any assistance or information they have immediately helped out. I'm very thankful my Dad is in this facility.

My sister is at this facility, this nursing home just opened, I believe they stated in April. This establishment is being managed by foreigners and they are extremely arrogant with inhumane behavior. From my experience, don't take your love ones there. These people are extremely nasty and they are LAZY. They talk at you, and have no respect nor regards for the patients family. I wouldn't send an animal to this place, not even for shelter. I will not return to this place ever again. It's too provoking in every form there is. Channel 7 needs to get involve... this is so very sad. !!
