We didn’t even get to HAVE an experience. I called with questions about a property and was told I would receive a call back - never did. Another person in our party of 13 adults went ahead and booked something only to receive a call 24 hours later asking all kinds of questions about “what kind of group was coming without children?” Not knowing any better he answered honestly that there were 13 guys coming down for 3 days - most of which were all in the same family (aged 27-52) to watch the opening of the NCAA tournament and celebrate my son who was married in June 2020. A bachelor weekend of sorts, but mostly family and not partners. They told him no. We called and attempted to speak to a manager and explain our situation. No call back. Nothing. These people are rude and unprofessional and unfortunately own most of the properties in that area. Don’t rent from here. Go to siebert realty. Much better to deal with.

Beautiful vacation get away! We make it a point to travel to Sandbridge every other year! Beautiful beach front homes, cleaned to a T - always an enjoyable experience! Plenty of local attractions and just a short drive to VA Beach! Makes a week vacation never seem long enough!

We stayed at Sunshine. The location was great, the house was beautiful ( could have been cleaner) with all the amenities that you need. Unfortunately, a lot of them were out of order. Upon the drive thru check in we were handed a red slip that stated the main freezer on the third floor was out of order and waiting for parts and we needed to use the smaller freezer on the first floor. The kitchen is on the third floor. Oh and the elevator didn’t work properly. One of the legs on the air hockey table was just propped up cause a safety hazard. The grill was filthy. They came out to fix the air hockey table successfully. Attempted to fix the elevator but needed to call the elevator company. They cleaned the grill grids but not the drip pan, when we turned it on it caught on fire. We never got the elevator fixed or the freezer. We lost food since we had ordered delivery for 23 people for the week. For the amount of money charged I expected a fully functioning home. Very disappointed.

We rented a house last minute from Sandbridge Realty and had a wonderful week. We tried to book the same house the next year, but it was no longer on their roster. Good experience with this company.
