Compared to the other resorts I've snowboarded at in the northwest, they had the shortest lines, friendliest staff, best tree runs, and most diverse set of runs. It was an awesome experience during my two days there. My complaints don't destroy the experience but there is definitely room for growth. The free parking situation is aweful, at least in a truck. We were packed in extremely tight and definitely couldn't leave early if we needed to in our rig. The parking lot was made of dirt, after some of the snow melted we were walking around in pure mud. It was tracked into our truck, on all our gear, and overall made a mess. I'd suggest either paving the lot or adding gravel. Its also a bit of a hike from the lot to the lodge. My final complaint is the beginner terrain park. They don't have any small beginner rails or boxes of any kind, and its extremely short. Once you finish it, you have to basically ride across a cat track to get back to the lift, the issue is that is has a large up-hill portion towards the end that gets annoying. Overall was happy with the experience and will definitely be returning when they get powder for their insane tree runs!

Excellent ski area, great runs for intermediate skiers. Short lift waiting times. Great value for money compared to places like Crystal. Friendly staff. Most people seems to take masking seriously. However, several skiers/snowboarders seem keen to keep the pandemic going and there is no enforcement of masking rules.
4th edition the the ski trip. So many runs to explore powder leftovers. Did not disappoint me. Excellent people who work for the mountain!
Love coming to Schweitzer Mountain. First place I crashed hard on a snowboard. Great to visit during the summer as well. Lots of activities for those that just want to see the views as well as biking, and hiking during the summer. Great place to pick huckleberries when in season as well.
We have truly enjoyed our time skiing as a family at the resort. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The runs are tough with opportunity to choose easier ones. There is always someone to help you. Excellent family destination! True heaven. We loved TAPs bar. Great team. Always enjoyed popping in for a beverage and chat. The views are amazing. Jordan was awesome at the ski rentals place.
Had some of the best skiing ever when I visited in February. Schweitzer has great runs, multiple food and bar options and everyone was very friendly.
Great area with lots of amenities including slopeside lodging. The geography creates beautiful skiing with a mix of steep bowls and glades dotted with trees. Plenty of open groomers too. A for all around skiable terrain.
Nice sunny day! Not a huge crowd. Sitting at sky lounge taking in views.
