Horrible customer service. I read the review about how poorly whoever they have in charge answering the phone is. When I called my experience was nothing but a terrible one. Quit your job if you’re miserable in it. Don’t take out your miserable life on people calling to get information. Keep your bad attitude at home. The leaders of these department get hire people who’re fully trained to do the jobs more professionally and happy to do the job. Monitor those calls, do call coaching teach ur front desk agent on how to be a better representative of your station.

I seriously wish I could give this police department a 0. So slow, not helpful at all!! I was involved in an incident that wasn’t even my fault and I can’t even get the information to retrieve the other drivers insurance .To make matters even worse , whatever receptionist they have had the worst customer service skills EVER!! Rude is an understatement, she answers the phone like she is irratated, no greeting or anything. I’ve been trying to get a police report since last week when she caught an attitude then as well. Then I asked for the information to retrieve the items out of my vehicle and she claimed all she could do was give me the phone number when I ask for the address and it’s clearly located on their website! I pray I NEVER have to deal with them again!

Extremely poor and rude customer service. Bad attitudes from all three people I spoke to. Their unwillingness to assist is disturbing considering this is a police department. Do better. If you don't like your job, leave.
