They are good when you paying money, but if they make mistake or not receiving the items they shipped, going to show their cheap face. I spoke with them several times, they accepted the item lost in shipping before reaching my city, but they don't want to take responsibility to cover it or sending another one. I paid second time for same order, and they promised to refund for first one, but then they are asking me to pay shipping fee. It is unprofessional service and waste of time. Please be careful. I have all the evidences emails more than 15 emails for 1 simple order.. at least 15 phone calls.. phone records that their stuff agreed the shipment issue and lost item, they started investigation with the carrier company and didn't resolve. They expecting from customer to wait few months to find the lost item. The lost item found after the second order. They disagree to RMA, and asking customer to pay shipping back to company. It is never ever happened in Amazon or any other ecommerce companies. They made their own terms and conditions and waiting from everyone to read in their page and agreed that. However, I already asked on the phone, one of their stuff accept the situation and agreed for full refund, but somehow they change their mind then after.. and probably terms and condition in website easy to edit. Nobody going to investigate that.
