Horrible experience. Left waiting for the doctor for over 2 and a half hours. The staff was not friendly at all and all of the waiting and discomfort got me 5 minutes with a doctor and a prescription of benadryl and some other over the counter medicine. I just received my invoice... and wow, insult to injury.

The Er is the worst place ever, it’s the Dirtiest place ever too . I took my young child there I didn’t even want to sit down bc I felt so disgusted how dirty it was. I don’t recommend taking your precious lil ones here . N also they don’t take consideration that u have child, they could careless. N the doc there don’t even get me started.. so Unprofessional n careless. If I could give them a 0 star I will.. I will never go back to this place ever again. Nothing like children choc hospital!! Sorry but not sorry\u200d️

do not go here. ESPECIALLY if you need REAL EMERGENCY MEDICAL ATTENTION. they're the most unprofessional, lazy and unorganized staff i have ever come across and show no interest in helping patients. they could care less about your emergency and the front desk has a serious attitude problem. it got to the point where EVERYONE in the waiting room was pleading to let a person who was in serious pain to get admitted first and they ROLLED their eyes and told us to wait since the patient was \faking it\. during my time here, i have seen many RED FLAGS regarding to NEGLECT AND SIGNS OF NEGLIGENT STAFF THAT INCREASE THE PROBABILITY OF MALPRACTICE OCCURRING. the worst part is that it seems majority of the patients coming here are unaware and ignorant to the laws stipulated towards hospitals and so they get away with it. i came here because it was the closest ER during an emergency and could not believe the dropoff in quality, cleanliness and manners for what would cost me the same copay at a much more reputable hospital. I AM BEING VERY SERIOUS IN WARNING EVERYONE TO AVOID THIS PLACE AND DRIVE THE EXTRA 10 MINUTES TO GET TO ANY OTHER ER. if you're in a life threatening situation, coming here would just be asking to die.

This is the worest place. The RN by the name of Vikki in the ER is the rudest person ever. The guy an girl at the front dest where u check in at have no manners and were cussing at every patient walking in. One lady asked them how long is the wait they told her it doesn't matter if ur sick u will wait all day and night if u have to. They even told the mother of a 14yr old girl that \maybe your daughter is pregnant thats y she is sick\...
