The staff at Lima were very helpful, friendly, professional and sympathetic. They made one of life’s sad times a little less sad. They made sure everything ran smooth. They were very respectful to my mom and our whole family and we are all thankful for that. One hopes they never have to call them but when you do you are so thankful that they are there for you.
