My experience at this place was horrible specially the food I wanted to throw up so I got out and went to eat at the street vendors cause their food was wayyyyy better so delicious I don’t recommend Falafel Hut at all sorry to say the truth. Thank you and have a nice day

A pleasant experience. The service was top notch. The person serving was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient as we figured out the order and was the best part of the restaurant. The atmosphere wasn't great though. Despite dining at night, the only lights on were sparce and a blaring white, an odd choice since the lights they had inside were off which would have created a great atmosphere. So it felt dim and garish by choice. Few people made it feels lonely in there as there was no ambience. The chicken swarma was average as well. So while service was top notch and incredible, the decorations and the food really drag it down. Which is a shame since I really want to like this place but it's forcing me not to.
Food was soggy from the grease and the food really lacked flavor, we tried a little of everything on the menu and nothing stood out then to top it off the staff was extremely rude and not customer service friendly. My food was left mostly un eaten and I just ended up getting a hot dog that’s right across

It's a small fast food joint serving Mediterranean style food. It's close to Santa Cruz board walk. We had chicken wrap, veggie burger and spicy falafel wrap. Spicy falafel wrap was good but the rest lacked flavour and was just okay.
Avoid the service was horrible, and the food was just as bad definitely will never go there again.
It’s been a while Since I was there for more than a decade myself and many others I would take do you hear every time we are in this part of Santa Cruz. A wonderful family with wonderful food very consistent and very reasonably priced! Their customer service is as good as their food and their food is wonderful. Glad they’re still around.
This place is disgusting really do you guys taste your food !! Never going back. The wraps and burger are nasty !
