Had a great 1st visit with Doc Messe... Saw me for over 20 solid minutes and was more concerned about my health than I had been... Paid attention to my issues, listened and resolved other problem I had blown off previously by recognizing my ailment right away and coming up with an easy solution... Felt very comfortable at the office, his staff were extremely helpful... Only 4 stars due to 1st visit

Worst experience. My husband went in as a new patient, first appointment in the morning. They made him wait for over 1 hour! He asked them when he will be seen and the receptionist area asked him if he wanted to reschedule. No apology, just reschedule. He then told them that he will be rescheduling with another place and they just rolled their eyes. Do not go to this place unless you want to wait for over an hour for your appointment and not be helped at all. How can the place be over an hour behind when you are on the schedule for their first morning appointment?!
I had a wonderful experience with the sweet front desk ladies. I broke my ankle & they helped get me in that day and also helped with insurance questions I had. I saw their NP Ryan Floyd & my husband and I thought he was amazing as well! He made me completely comfortable and was very easy to talk to.
This was such a painfully slow process Im practically better by the time Im seen.
Awful experience with the front desk. She scheduled me for the next day and when I called to confirm the appointment, she told me I missed my appointment the previous day. Refused to apologize for her mistake. I wrote down the time as she said it and had made sure she understood I wasn't able to make the appointment the day of. Extremely rude on the phone and a huge inconvenience to me being a full time worker. What a huge waste of time, I'm so disappointed that I was treated so poorly. I do not recommend going to this location, they do not seem to care about their patients at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
