This place has really good food, but to be honest it just wasn’t quite all I expected it to be. But, I would still highly recommend the lobster bisque (amazing!), it’s so creamy and has a great lobster taste and it’s everything you’d want a lobster bisque to be. Clam chowder is a good choice too. We didn’t get an actual lobster main dish but saw some and they looked pretty fantastic. The fried calamari was fantastic, I probably liked that best of everything I tried. They can get you cute little to go waters as well which is nice if you want to walk around more or head back to the beach. Our server was nice but he was obviously busy and didn’t stick around longer than he needed to. The restaurant itself is really cute looking from outside but when you sit inside, even with the doors open it’s really loud because it’s a small building, and I didn’t really like that. But all in all, they definitely have some gold seafood options, just be prepared that it’s a busy place and it will probably be fairly noisy when you go.

I made an unplanned stop at The Lobster Pot for lunch on a hot day and sat outside in front oyn the sun. There was a decent breeze blowing and it was a comfortable spot. Good live music was playing across the street. My server, Vere, suggested their speciality lobster roll and I chose baked beans as my side with sweet tea to drink. The lobster roll was very good and the sweet tea wasn't too sweet. It was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend trying it out.
We love this place. We eat here every time we visit Siesta Key. The food is amazing. The service is amazing. Seating can get a bit tight and parking is limited. Neat little outdoor gift shop next door. There is also a grocery store that shares a parking lot. Overall one of the best places to eat while you're here. Stop in, you will not be sorry!!!
Like everything here on Siesta Key, a little pricey for what it is but it's a good laid back place! Not usually too crazy crowded like other SK restaurants, but food and service are always good. Small place, so get there early. Lobster Bisque is very good (pay for the extra chunks, worth it!) :-)
A great evening out! I got the Lobster Ravioli- generous portions of lobster & the sauce was phenomenal! Others at my table got the Lazy Duchess stuffed Lobster - delicious & large portion of perfectly cooked lobster with a flavorful stuffing. Definitely coming back soon!
