I'm very new to the operations at Your Culinary Place, but as a professional chef for over 20 years in major markets I have seen more than a few and worked in at least a few commissary kitchens. So far I have been very impressed with Your Culinary Place and with Gordon. There is a lot of space and room to move and store your products. The equipment is well maintained and it is CLEAN. Everyone I have met there so far has been pleasant. Gordon is incredibly accommodating to the needs of your particular operation and willing to go above and beyond to help you be successful. I am launching two businesses out of Your Culinary Place. A Delivery & Curbside pickup business, \Bootsy's Pot Pies & Other Good Stuff\ (9/16/20). And a Charcuterie /Smoked & Cured Fish business, \SRQ Cured\ (October). I am looking forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship with Gordon and Your Culinary Place.
