Brian did an excellent job on our inspection. He was extremely thorough and offered his extensive knowledge on recommended repairs and solutions to easy problems. He was very honest when there were concerns and was open about any questions we had. He made the process completely painless. He was very fast with responses to emails and phone calls and was very accommodating for getting our inspection done as soon as possible. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an inspection on their home or upcoming home purchase.

Brian inspected a house we had a contingent offer on. He was very knowledgeable, extremely thorough and took extra time to help us look at some items in further detail that he wouldn't have been required to do. First I should apologize for the delay in posting as utilized service back in 05/2019 when my wife and I purchased our first home. Brian was on time, friendly and professional at time of service. Printed out house inspection report and price was fair. Only reason giving a 2 star review is due to inaccurate information at time of inspection. I pointed out concerns on basement finished floor and was assured it was in good condition. Found out after purchase many spots in basement floor where buckling with 1 board starting to lift. Emailed Brian with no response. Still love the house despite having to get basement floor completely re-done. Would recommend to look elsewhere for a home inspection
