The Satellite Phone Store's customer service is great! I was contacted shortly after purchasing a rental plan for one of their Iridium Satellite phone packages. Tyler from customer service made sure that I had the right equipment and coverage plan for the area I will be working in. They offer insurance and even return shipping labels to make the return process go smoothly. They can ship very quickly also which is a major plus. I would highly recommend!!
