This has been a repeated disappointment since it changed ownership, from Bonaparte Breads to this. I used to come here for the absolutely decadent almond croissants. Once it changed ownership, I gave them 3 separate tries in the following 6 months. I'm not sure how you can make a wet croissant but that's how I got them--floppy, literally soaking on the bottom, and definitely skimpy on the almond paste. Not by my choice, but we ended up here again this weekend and got a couple chocolate croissants. I've included a picture of this... absolutely Depressing pastry. It has what like 6 chocolate chips in it maybe? And the croissant dough is definitely Not as buttery and flaky as it ought to be--it is more like an airy italian loaf than croissant. Pretty pastries, but that's all. Pretty on the outside, no spirit on the inside.

Best Real Sourdough Breads & mouth watering croissants (sweet & savory).. outdoor sitting area is real experience to enjoy .. Nice set up in Historic Savage Mill.. Definitely hidden gem in Howard County & surrounding areas.. must visit with family for the bakery & Mill location!
This is as authentic as it gets when it comes to a French Patisserie! This place is a must! My family and I have been patrons here for a few years now and love the fresh croissants among many other things.
