This place is a scam! Bought in May 2019. Was told 7 weeks. Now going on 9 months and no swim spa. Paid 17k up front. Kathy (sales/customer service) is awful. Can't get a hold of her and when you can she has no idea where the swim spa is. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!

Back in June we paid 6000 for a hot tub We were told it would delivered be no later than Sep 22 - ( 14 weeks ) November came still no hot tub so I canceled the order - was told we would have credit back to card 7-10 business days it’s been 16 business days and still no credit - DO NOT buy from this place unless you want to donate 6000 - horrible company
