I just called and spoke with Paul to discuss the issues I was having with my Epson projector. He was extremely helpful and, even though having them fix my projector was cost prohibitive, Paul was candid about this and didn't try to get the repair work anyway, which would not have been in my best interest. It's nice to see businesses that operate this way and do what's in the best interest of the customer, even if it means not getting the work.
