Not a better contractor in town. A Finer Touch Construction is the cream of the crop. I have never met a more pleasant group of professionals. It is rare to find a staff so happy and positive in the construction world. AFT will continue to be hired on every construction project or home I build in the future. I have yet to encounter a construction business run more efficiently than AFT!!! They are a must hire
Brad Leavitt and all of his staff at AFT Construction operate at such a high level and go way beyond expectations to satisfy their clients. While I certainly am not familiar with every construction company locally, I cant imagine that there are any more capable than these guys.
BUYER BEWARE! Who is writing reviews. Are these subs they hired or customers? We spent 100,000. with them and felt totally taken advantage of either because we were out of town or because we live in Paradise Valley or because they are incompetent. There MUST be dozens of construction companies that are a better choice. Ask your neighbors for referrals. Being a salesman and spending hours daily on social media does NOT equal an ethical or capable contractor.
