The staff, including the doctor, were comforting and very accommodating. I knew I was in good hands. The facility was nice as well.

It’s during COVID and they book back-to-back procedures with people. The waiting room began to overflow during a pandemic. My appointment was at 11. I showed up of course 15-20 minutes early. It’s now noon and I’m still in the waiting room. Best part, there’s another 1-2 people ahead of me to see the doctor. With these procedures, you can’t drive... so all patients are literally stuck here bc they can’t tell us appropriate times. Here’s a suggestion: don’t book so many patients in a day. Get organized. People have lives, jobs, and anxiety during these times especially. I can’t even comment on the doctor, because I have yet to see him. But if your organization can’t operate effectively and efficiently... I think that says enough. Only plus side: good location, off the 101.

Very courteous and knowledgeable staff. Procedure was routine and pain free. Ramzan obviously knows his stuff, probably done thousands of surgeries.

Love Dr. Ramzan! Great bedside manners and explains everything. His staff is nice but are short handed; I think.

Well, the reason for this poor review is not because of the doctor himself. Dr. Ramzan is an excellent and thorough physician. The issue is the nightmare regarding billing. Their billing is through some other company called Vitalaxis, and they email you bills and expect you to pay. There's a disconnect between the office and this billing company. I've called the billing company and paid over the phone (this is after they couldn't do this because of a system issue). However, there was some issue and months later, I got a phone call saying I hadn't paid, and they expected me to see their emails. I had them resend them, and, of course, they look like spam, don't have the doctor's name or anything to help you identify it as not a scam. Needless to say, over six months after my visit, I'm still dealing with this. I'm not getting much help from the office manager as well. I've left messages but nothing to tell me it's been resolved.
