Super nice. Remodeled a portion of the casino added a new resrurant with beautiful views. Lots of fun.

I mean this respectfully and honestly. If the staff (mainly clean up and ladies walking around in half decent attire) were a little nicer, I would have spent more money there. The energy all around the floor was off. I get it, not a lot of high gamblers in that area as most were in the high ends tables... If you brough fun energy to the floor, it probably wouldn't be as dead as it was for this type of weekend (WM weekend) The vibe was off and I didn't play to win, I lost and was agitated. At least if they were nicer, I would have lost while having fun...and maybe return at a later date. But no thank you. Not a good impression to all the incoming travelers. I'm a resident, so I understand...hopefully they get it right Saturday and Sunday after reading this. Let me known if it gets better.

We just moved here and went to casino to have some fun. Lost 500 in 2 hours but decided to stay and move to a different table. Funny thing went to table and started winning and tipping dealers and had fun. The pit boss even bought us three of our drinks. Then all of the sudden we started winning and food and beverage manager said my wife had to much to drink and said had to leave. We asked why and what we did wrong. Like did we yell or were we to loud. They said no you did nothing wrong but you are to intoxicated so you must you go. Mind you you pay for for all your drinks so there not free. Again we asked why do we have to go. Again they said you drank to much. Everyone table asked same question. What’s going? They are fine is it because they are winning money. So all I have to say is go there if you lose money they will let you stay. If you win we’ll be per preparedto kicked out.

I have to say out of all casinos in this area this casino and the lovely hosts really take care of you. I like the comps I receive for blue coyote restaurant which has the best beef fried rice and its a plate that feeds lunch and dinner. Huge and so dang delicious. Excellent ribeye cooked to perfection. Gotta give it to them best food options in a casino. I also have to add that I have has the most handbags here than any others around also. Good atmosphere smoke free and an overall impressive casino and hotel experience one must see if looking to game in the area. Parking plenty of parking that all very close to the mutilate enntrances they have to make it quick and easy to get in and out.

I was very impressed at the pandemic safety protocols being followed by Talking Stick. The casino \feels\ clean, a result of the deep cleaning that's been done and the prohibition on smoking. Everyone's wearing masks, lots of hand sanitizer stations, plexiglass dividers between players, even at the blackjack tables, and frequent announcements remind players to socially distant. They even check everyone's temperature on entry. Well done!
