I don’t understand why they hire so many old folks to work in customer service at this store...They are unfriendly for the most part; don’t ask if you need help. When you buy heavy stuff they won’t offer any assistance, literally they won’t move a finger. I been here a few times and it’s always the same. I will stick to Home Depot in Tatum & Bell. Much better customer service, friendlier and more helpful staff without a doubt.

Prefer Lowes to HD for wood. Building a deck n adding shelves inside etc. The quality for price is much better

This north Scottsdale Lowe’s is chronically low on shelf-stock. It’s not just sold out items, but rather lack of stocking. All big box hardware stores phased out their higher paid experts a decade ago in order to staff at lower cost, akin to a Big Lots of hardware. And This lack of knowledge really shows at this Lowe’s in particular. Make the drive to the Cave Creek Lowe’s as it is better managed. Or stop at an Ace for competent product knowledge (and stock.)

I always love going to Lowe's as it is clean, nicely organized, no handwritsigns and stocked. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I drive 3 miles from my home to go there even though a competitor is only a block away from our house. We have purchased all of our appliances from Lowe's 4 years ago and had great service & prices as well.

Not every lowes takes care for the indoor plant section but they do. This location had some rare finds - moonshine and satin pothos
