Horrible management. The manager Mattie micro manages, is extremely rude to her employees, berates and belittles the employees. She threatens their jobs constantly and calls them out on anything that she can IN FRONT of other employees. She seeks personal power trips. Terrible place to work for. Dead end job. No raises - Ever! There are employees there that have been there for years and still make what they were offered when started -pathetic. Human Resources does not do anything about the problem. Everyone in soldering and making of the switches hates her and wants to leave. If there were negative stars to choose from for this review, I definitely wouldn't pick the 1 that I did. In my 4 months working there, I saw 5 people quit! This place sucks!

A great place to buy quality switches.. at great prices too. However, you do have to purchase through a distributor such as Digikey, Mouser Electronics, etc. They're not open to the general public.
These switches really rose to the occasion. However, NKK isn't open to the general public.
