This place is wonderful. They take great care of my mother. We have had terrible experiences at other facilities but this one is a shining star. Recently the staff noticed swelling in my mother's leg and they called me immediately. Since the staff are critical thinkers , they sent my mom to the hospital. Their quick thinking made it so my mom did not pass out. The CNAs at this facility are wonderful as well. They respond to call bells and just pop in on mom to make sure she is ok. Another wonderful thing is communication. They call me when mother needs money in her account for her extra treats or anything related to her health. Mom has never been happier. I am so pleased with this facility that I wish I could give it above five stars!

Came to visit a friend on 6/7 at 11 and did not make it past the front door. The reception is terribly rude and short and sny. I hope the community takes note of her demeanor and makes serious changes. At the other community in PV the receptionist was warm and polite.

Very unprofessional, the hiring Manager who ever she is, “how you going to call someone about a job then when I try to call her back confirming the address she said “u didn’t see Scottsdale senior square” then hanged up on me.. 0.0 pension!. No thanks I’ll take my service else where y’all can keep y’all interview appointment. I ain’t got time to waist. you call your self some names when u can’t even provide a address, that’s ur job to make sure u answer everyone question and concerns. It like I was taking her time by asking her to read me the address wow.. good luck finding workers with the kind of attitude.

My brother lives at Scottsdale Village Square. I lam his Guardian. I am most grateful to the staff, all the staff at SVQ for their attention to detail, their mindfulness to by brother's needs. They are aware of his challenges and respond with great kindness and clarity. They keep me fully informed of my brother's medical condition, his psychological needs and challenges. They provide a very safe environment for my brother. It's the safest place yet that he has lived in, evidenced by his more calm demeanor. Thank you, thank you, thank you Scottsdale Village Square :)

My husband is a new resident and is enjoying his days there. Because of the Covid-19 virus he is not able to participate in activities. The staff has done a wonderful job of keeping the residents safe and the experience will get nothing but better when they are able to go to activities. As his wife, I am the one who worked with staff members to set up his admittance. Angella Alverson and Barbara Byrum were both very knowledgeable and patient while guiding me thru this process.
