I was visiting from out of state and had emergency where I needed stitches. I was so impressed with the staff! Everybody was so nice! (Which hadn't necessarily been my experience of Texas so far). The nurses were great and doc was the greatest!!! They made sure everything was good before letting me go and called the next day to make sure! Great hostipal!!!

The service was surprisingly good even during this pandemic. The healthcare workers were very thoughtful & nice. I like how the doctor follows up with the patient after discharging. Most likely to go back if needed.

From the very first step into the facility I was pleased, the customer service was phenomenal. Even the sweet gentleman that was in duty as the security guard was nice and pleasant. You guys have such a great team. Thank you Amanda, Brittney, Dr. Cheng, and I think the other nurse was Sandra. My daughter and I appreciate you and your service.

Came back to get tested, but I was so not ready!!! The nurse that was there, was nice and patient. He had other patients to take care of, so I was ok with that. He talked with me when he came back. Very patient, and a great nurse!!! Thank you, Doctor 5 star also!!

Every staff member was very nice. I was very impressed with how well the doctor's bedside manner was. Its rare to find good nurses, and doctors these days. I would recommend this ER.
