Top notch service, incredibly efficient, very helpful, and will absolutely do business with them again! My experience was incredibly positive! I had to make a return for parts that were sold to me at another Sears repair center because half of the parts were missing. They immediately pulled another repair kit from the shelf, showed me all of the parts, and I was out of there in less than 3 minutes. I did the repair last night on my dishwasher and could not be happier with the service that was provided to me! Great customer experience!

Took my 6 month old Craftsman chainsaw there for repair under warranty. As soon as they saw it, they said they do not work on anything with a 2-stroke motor anymore. I asked what I should do since it has a 2 year warranty. They initially had no suggestions, then said to take it to a Sears store. Foolishly, I believed that might work. After an hour at the store, they pointed me to a 3d party Sears repair shop in Garland. Fortunately, they were competent and repaired it under the Craftsman warranty rather than the Sears. Hope this is not too confusing - do not take a 2-stroke tool to the Valley View facility

The technician was prompt and kind. I had a squeaky washer. I was told it would cost 300 to fix (but I had a 20% off coupon). After the repairs were done, which took about 30 minutes, I looked and he replaced the dryer idler pulley, which is a 15 part. I was charged 64.38 for the part and 190.52 for labor. That doesn't seem even remotely fair to me. I'd suggest looking elsewhere for your appliance repair work. They won't be getting my business ever again.

Read all the reviews before calling these guys, I didn't and now I am paying for it. What a joke. Called asking to fix my dishwasher that was working fine except it would not drain. We called Sears thinking they would be quick, efficient, and fair. They were very quick, but they were not fair. The first guy replaced (I had it in the drawer) a little white ball that kept it from draining, perfect! So I asked him if that was it and he said yes. So later (5 days) I realize my dishes are not getting cleaned. So I call them back, and they come out. Turns out the first guy pushed a lever down, so our dishes weren't getting cleaned. The second guy comes and moves it back in place and chargers me 130 for the repair?? My girlfriend handled the second service call and the repair person clearly took advantage of her. No parts both time, and the first guy was here 10 minutes and the second repair man was here less than 5 minutes! And they charged us 274 for no parts. All I asked them to do was to get my dishwasher working. They didn't even wait to run it or cycle it to see if it was working. Long story short, do not use SEARS! Call a reputable handyman...I called but they made excuses. My Grandfather used to be VP of a huge territory for Sears and worked there for over 30 years. Even he, with sadness in his eyes, tells me not to use Sears. Not the same company today.

Service man came to house, told me I needed a part and I had to wait a week for it to deliver. When the part came in, he started coming up with ways to make me pay for parts that were covered. I asked him if he opened up the appliance on the first visit, and he said "no". How do you access the problem without opening up the washer panel and looking at it? When we called to complain, they said they would send a specialist. They ended up dispatching the same guy. He didn't want to come back, so he closed the call without telling anyone. I took off work the afternoon to wait (for no reason). One of the assistants on the phone repeated some of the comments that the service man posted on the call. After the experience and hearing the comments, I feel very insulted, there has been no apology or urgency to repair a product I purchased with full warranty. A repair man should fix the appliance regardless of the race, age or sexual orientation of who he is making the repairs for. When Sears is alerted otherwise, they should take shift action and not continue to let this man represent their name.

Terrible service. First they drill you to purchase their home warranty when you simply call for an appliance repair. Then we were overcharged. They quoted a 59.00 diagnostic fee on our dryer. They came out and discovered it was our vent that was the problem but did no repairs. They charged us 149.00 and now they will not refund the overcharge. I have been on the phone with them 4 times now dealing with terrible customer service for several hours. After going through transfer after transfer they just hang up on you. Do your self a favor and find another company to service your appliances.

Have no idea what they are talking about! Don't waste your time even calling. Barely speak English and could care less that your trying to give them your business.

I walked in, was waited on right away, and the man who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. My dryer part was in stock and exactly what I needed. Installed it myself with help from a YouTube video.
