I ordered parts with a one day shipping.. Did not receive them until after I had canceled the order.. which they shipped anyway and it has been 60 days and numerous long phone calls, and I still don't have a refund! Go to AMAZON!!

I ordered some filters in the evening, the next day I received a notification the parts were ready to be picked up. Went to the store and asked the store where to pick up the part and he sent me back to the pickup area and said to enter my last name and a attendant would help me. Did so the attendant came out said I had to go to the parts direct desk, which was closed, the sign sent me back to the pickup attendant, he said he only did store pickups, I showed him the sign which said he would get the part for me. He finally went into the parts direct area found my parts and brought them out to me. The sign in the pickup area said I should get the parts in 5 min or less, took me 30 minutes to pick up a filter.
