I needed a water filter for my refrigerator, I put my model number in....it brought up the filter it said I needed I ordered it was told to pickup in store or pay shipping. I went to store to pick up the order.....the filter was not the correct one. Luckily I have a very good memory and remembered the model number and was able to get the correct part. Had I went ahead and paid shipping I would have WRONG PRODUCT.......I put the CORRECT model number in. Therefore the rating I am giving to you is the lowest here.....the part should have been correct.........JUST GLAD I DID GO PICK UP AT STORE or it would have caused MORE PROBLEMS

I'd give a 0 if I could. Ordered a part and it was almost a week late getting delivered (not very awesome when you're washing all your dishes by hand cuz the dishwasher is down). Ultimately I needed to replace the dishwasher so I tried to return the part, and it's been a month and a half since they received it (confirmed with UPS tracking), still haven't received my refund. Contacted their support team 4 times and each time was told they were processing the refund and I would receive it in 3-5 business days. Frustrated that they lie to their customers. I found the part on Amazon for 10 more. Believe me I'll be using Amazon from here on out. I recommend using their website to locate product codes, etc. and then search for that product code on Amazon. Same part, but you don't get the terrible customer service if you do end up needing to return it. UPDATE: So Sears finally reimbursed me for my purchase. They credited me a whopping 19.99 for my original purchase which was 130.00. I ended up disputing the charge with my bank and they were the ones who reimbursed me the remaining amount. They’re just dishonest ... give your business to someone else even if it means paying a few dollars more. You’ll be grateful you did!!
What a day, the coldest of the year. First my furnace goes out, then my electric oven! But my experience with getting the new part was great. I ordered the part, and they located it and notified me within a few hours. Picked up the part, installed it (two screws involved), and my oven is working again. Thank you Sears!
Is this Sears nowadays? This is the worst experience a customer could get online. Part ordered May 30...then back-ordered (which its okay, this could happen). New ETA July 4. I waited until July 18 as the tracking on their site never update the status. Decided to call...they tell me it was my fault as I was not there to receive the package, but were not able to provide a UPS tracking number to corroborate (just like that :) . I demanded to stop the lies and send my part...they apologies and arrange for 2nd day delivery. Should have received the part on the 20th...but call today (23rd July) as again no updates on the order. One more fairy tale - and that I should receive the order on the 27th. Ask for the UPS tracking number...sorry, it's not available. Ask for a cancellation - "\u003ci\u003eokay, not a problem, but you will have to wait for 3 days so that our escalation team works the cancellation and in the meanwhile you may receive the part. Just give us a call to return then. And my refund? We'll talk about that when you call in 3 days!?\u003c/i\u003e" The worst experience!!! Don't expend money with what in my opinion is a scam of a business...
WARNING ! HORRIBLE SERVICE GET IT ON AMAZON ! ALL SEARS ARE THE SAME ! Online or local, these guys are horrible at customer service and integrity. I ordered a part for my AC and was told it will ship in two days. I received a second email two days late that said the AC part was delayed for two months. WHO CAN WAIT TWO MONTHS FOR AN AC PART ?? When ask for my refund, I had to pay restocking fee. UNBELIEVABLE. Yes, SEARS is going out of business.
The Sears PartsDirect website was easy to search and use to order my parts. I had some difficulty printing my receipt/order as the website wanted me to give a review and make a referral to a friend or on Facebook. This was irritating when all I wanted was to print my order.
I Purchased parts from them by calling them , the girl that took the call asked me for credit card number and posted the order and then she said you have the parts in two weeks . since this is too long I told her to cancel the order and next time ask about my option in shipping , she said I can't cancel two parts I only cancel one. it was nightmare with them , never again
I ordered front and real wheels (they are different sizes) for my lawn mower, using my model number to identify part numbers online. The rear wheels were identical but the front wheels are completely wrong for my mower.
