I brought in some sunglasses for repair on a whim, and within 15 minutes they were good as new and fit better than ever before! I’ll definitely be coming back for future eyeglass/sunglasses purchases, due to the fantastic customer service and amazing frame selection! They carry unique, high-quality brands that you probably wouldn’t see at standard opticians/eyeglass stores. Highly recommend This spot!

This place was a refreshing surprise! Can't say how pleased I am with my experience here. Both very friendly young ladies greeted me walking through the door and asked me how they could help. I was there to get my mom's glasses fixed (arm fell off and I couldn't seem to get it back into place to put new screw in). I was in and out within 25 minutes. And the whole time she was fixing the glasses, the young lady (doctor? Technician?) chatted with me and was very cordial. No pressure to buy anything, they just seemed genuinely happy to help. A Would visit again! )

My friend's dad ordered glasses here and then passed away a month later from cancer. Despite the fact that he was a frequent and supposedly valued customer, 4YEO will not refund the money he paid back to his estate, even after alleging they could easily just resell the frames he ordered. I understand they're a small business, but that's just awful customer service. I'm in the market for new glasses and was considering this place, but no longer. I think my friend's family has been through enough without this extra insult. Treating your customer base well is just as vital as having a good product, and I'm horrified that they would be so cold to this man's family.
