Robin is an inspiring, brilliant, deeply intuitive, respectful and exceedingly kind coach. I have been living almost entirely in my head for decades, out of touch with my body and its innate wisdom. Robin has been helping me open up the communication lines with my body in a very skillful meditative and visceral way. This is not only providing profound insights that my brain could never figure out on its own, it is also calming down my entire nervous system and helping to create a very positive energetic shift. I feel incredibly blessed to have Robin as my coach!

Robin's coaching, expertise, and knowledge is phenomenal. Prior to seeing Robin, I struggled with my relationship with food and obsessive negative thoughts. We worked on stress management approaches to our sessions. After seeing Robin for about 6 months, I'm at a much more better place in my life where my stress is better managed, my relationship with food has improved, and I'm actually now starting to lose weight slowly. I highly recommend her support whether its for weight loss, or just stress management.

After only 1 session something I'd been dealing with for years went away, never to return. I love working with Robin. She's kind and respectful, insightful, and very, very skilled. I've worked with many, many practitioners and Robin is as good as they come.

Robin Maynard-Dobbs is an incredible blend of being a talented, experienced, skilled practitioner AND an extraordinarily caring, sensitive and perceptive person. I can attest that these qualities add up to powerful results! With her help and support on doing my inner work, I was able to transform challenging life circumstances into a much-improved quality of life. She also has expertise on eating issues and helped me to overcome many years of difficulty around food. Her warmth, wisdom, empathy, reliability and wonderful sense of humor have been welcome and appreciated in my life. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I have read many books on the subject of emotional eating and had first discovered Robin when trying to find out more on Eating Awareness Training. Even if you think you \know\ everything logically, or have read it - the connection with yourself is more powerful than any logical thought, and that is where, in my opinion, Robin is very effective. She teaches you how to become aware of the strongest tool you will ever carry with you, your own body. No matter where you are physically, emotionally or mentally, you are exactly where you need to be. It actually feels like she is eintroducing\ you to yourself, again. That with all the distractions of day to day life, it is ok to turn inward, and be still and listen to what you need. Robin teaches you how to take those parts of yourself that you thought were “bad/shameful/unworthy”, which is at the heart of any type of addiction, and realize that they are actually the parts that will help you grow into the best you could ever be. It is a scary process to put yourself in someone’s hands to help you to help yourself. It involves that you trust that the person has your best interests, at heart. Robin truly has proven to be that type of person, for me. She works side-by-side, with you, as a trusted partner, with whatever situation that arises in your own life, to show you how to integrate self-soothing, emotional safety resources, so that you do not turn to self-harming behaviors (mindful eating is her speciality – however, the techniques could easily be applied to any thing you may be struggling with). In the end, it really is all about you, and Robin truly knows this and helps you to help yourself.
