Furnace quit. Fox technician Shelby came out the next morning, identified the wiring problem, and provided a temporary fix until he could return and rewire in a day or two. Polite, respectful, thorough. Glad to have him do the repair rather than the original installation company that just could not seem to get it right.

We LOVE Fox plumbing! We had an URGENT problem, and Konrad solved it. Our water heater died on a Saturday, the same day we had Airbnb guests arriving! Konrad was able to come over, assess the problem, and install a new water heater that afternoon. On top of that, he was professional, knowledgeable, and easy-going. Couldn't be happier! I had them install a new water heater. They were knowledgeable, showed up when they said they would, and did a great job with the installation. I was so impressed, I had them back out twice - once to service my furnace and then again to hook up a gas grill. Did a great job on both of those too. I highly recommend them.
Fox was great. Very transparent in options for new AC. Got the work done in less than two days.
My service waterline (between meter & house) had a leak that ended up being under a large tree and therefore irreparable. Fox plumbing offered a good price to re-run a new waterline to avoid the tree roots. Their guys did a fantastic job and were able to save my well established plants & landscaping with minimal impact. Just amazing.
