From walking in the front door to walking out the customer service was amazing. I worked with David at Mercedes-Benz of Seattle was top notch. I was driving up from Portland and had an appointment, but got to the dealership way earlier than expected. David was super accommodating. He was also awesome to work with. He was not pushy in the slightest and great to work with, he actually connects with you on a human level and didn’t treat me like a dollar figure. If you want a Mercedes you have to go see David. We love the new car! Thank you guys!

We have had our 2004 Mercedes Sprinter van serviced here a few times and have always had a great experience with the team here! They always give us a thorough written explanation of everything our vehicle needs along with a explanation of what is critical and what is not as urgent. We really appreciate this type of planning and communication. The service department made us feel like our vehicle’s long term care is in their best interest as well. Really value this type of care!

My wife and I want to buy a Sprinter Van...Yesterday the salesman there at Mercedes Benz of Seattle gave me Ten Reasons why he could not sell me one. After waiting ten minutes for him to come down out of his office he didn't even want to take the time to go through the process with us. Seriously poor salesman! Too busy \working on people who come in at the end of the year to get a good deal.\ Oh, I get It... SEE YA! So we went to MB of Lynnwood and sat right down and spent 68,000.00 and ordered one from Alan Keith. Seattle is a CESSPOOL!!!

Make sure your salesmen knows what he is doing. I caught the fact that the paperwork was for the wrong car! ( He said it was the big bosses fault). I had to make him put on my temp license and tell him to take off the plastic on my car. This is the “Mercedes Way”??? I thought I was buying a luxury car, I wasn’t even offered water. Worse experience ever!!! Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because some of the other salesmen and front desk guy were very nice. Never set up my Mercedes me app, which I did myself , car still had previous persons information on it, I could go on. 3 days of having the car and I have to go back because the sunroof doesn’t work. This should have all been checked before purchase. So very disappointing.
