Dr. Kerr is a wonderful doctor! He has gone above and beyond to help me with a complicated L&I claim, he spent time reviewing my medical issues with examination and questions. He took so much time studying old records, wrote letters and was able to reopen my claim. Busy surgeons usually don’t take time to do that. He explained the surgery I needed and the care he would take for a good outcome. Dr. Kerr is an exceptional doctor, I feel lucky to have him as my doctor.

Very poor service and they will recommend whatever surgery they can do on your for money, they do not care of your well being, they will disregard your feelings and pains. So far 100 000 were paid to them and I am extremely disappointed waiting for a surgery to fix their mistakes They do not give you any choice it is what they say or nothing. Do not waste your time and those you love risking their well being in this hospital.

One of the worst medical experiences I have ever had. The front desk was unprofessional, the nurses and Dr.s were friendly but incredibly amateur. I got no info, no help and they still keep sending me bills despite the fact that it was all paid by auto insurance. They keep making up new bills to send me 8 months after the bill was paid. What a joke of a business. I would have been better off not going there at all. They didn't help my broken ankle at all.

Dr Phillip Downer is an extremely talented, experienced, and compassionate Ortho. I have been lucky enough to be a patient of Dr Downer's and I can say without hesitation that he is your guy for anything hip related. He has over 20 years of experience in treating everything from hip dysplasia, impingement (FAI), severe OA for hip replacements, etc and truly cares about the patient's preferences to ensure the best possible route to regaining their desired lifestyle. I would also like to comment that there appear to be critical reviews of the front desk, schedulers, and technicians but that couldn't be any more opposite of the experience that I have had both in the Ballard and Wallingford clinics. Everyone from front desk, scheduling, techs for MRI, etc have been extremely kind, professional, and timely.
