An extremely unique piece located as part of a large collection of art works in the Fremont area including the Fremont troll, Fremont rocket, and the Statue of Lenin. Docking a star because there is no informational board that explains the background with some more information. However the being said, if you're in the Fremont area, you should swing by if you can and peek at the meticulously crafted statue which is an extremely unique sight to behold. May be hard to spot at first since it's between opposite directions of traffic in the small median.

Sculpture remembering the Interurban street cars that ran till April,13, 1941.
Fun statue known for getting decorated often by locals.
Passing by this corner always made me smile in anticipation. What will they be wearing this time? Art can be fun.
Waiting For The Interurban interactive art piece in Fremont. While living in Fremont I was impressed by the creativity that people show dressing up this city center-piece. I like everything about this statue except for the dog with the human face...scary.
