This place is excellent. Amando has always been extremely helpful with both my office and personal computers and laptops. He always gives me options and makes things easier when something fails and I need help or in the event I have to purchase new equipment. He's extremely fast with repairs and always been fair and honest with his pricing. I really can not say enough wonderful things about this establishment. Again, extremely professional, extremely helpful and honest. I highly recommended this place to all for any computer woes.
Amando built my \fire engine\ awesome computer. I call it that because it's bright red! He is so responsive and always has a smile and warmth about him. He's very knowledgeable and never tries to sell me something I don't need. I have been working with PC Mechanux now for almost three years and were referred to him by a very long time colleague who still uses him too. As long as he's around, I'll not trust anyone else with my computer.
I went to start my laptop earlier this week. It powered on but nothing at all on the screen, completely black. I had called this office and left a message. Amando actually responded by text and walked me through a technique text. I tried it and it worked. Thank you again!!!!
This place is awesome! My laptop's fan blew out, and PC Mechanux had my computer back to me in under a week, including the time it took to order and ship the new fan. Price was very reasonable (and about half of what Best Buy quoted me for the same repair). The tech was friendly, helpful, and professional. He thoroughly cleaned up my laptop and ran malware and virus scans for no additional charge. I hope I don't need any more repair services in the future, but if I do, I'll be coming back here!
