I had the best customer service at this location! I went to Security Service right before closing time to close and make a new account. I assumed I was going to get sent away, but Villa made sure to take care of my issue. I kept asking questions and she was more than happy to answer them. I normally go to the Security Service by my home but I'm considering driving to this location for now on. The staff seem to be much more knowledgeable and more than ready to help. Thank you again, Villa!!

Brian at the Texas Hwy 46 branch went far beyond to help me get an auto loan. He pushed the whole application process through in one day. He was very professional and explained everything in common terms made me feel comfortable. Security Services Credit Union is the go to place to get a auto loan with great rates, and they should feel great they have people like Brian working for them. He is a great asset to the company.

I was extremely impressed during my recent visit. I moved to Texas right before Covid, and my DL expired a few months ago. The teller could have just turned me away and said sorry but instead she went out of her way to get approval from her manager for my transaction. I expressed my appreciation then. But now I’d like to express that it’s the small things like this that leave great impressions. I feel this is also a reflection of the manager! Great job!!
