this place is GROSS, they do not follow any of the protocol because they’re so poor. they try to have you reuse and use a little as possible in all situations, not to mention how overworked all there staff our. they only have a few CNA that stay, and they don’t get treated well at all. place is usually a revolving door. i would not take any of my loved ones near this building. feel bad for the poor residents that our trapped there.

I've lived here for almost two years. I had broken my thigh bone badly, and already being disabled I was just a big helpless baby. I couldn't even roll over in bed by myself. The physical and occupational therapy team worked with me tirelessly. They babied me, praised me and bullied me . I not only learned to walk again, I lost a big chunk of weight and gained a whole lot of self confidence. And I can do so, so much more for myself than I could before I broke my femur. And I made a lot of friends with the aides here. And I am putting in application for independent living appartments!!

Being here 24/7 other than the CNAs and some Nursas this place is now the worst run in the state only one person in the office can even help and she deals with insurance and bills all the changes are blamed on corporate which is B's cutting things like food budget and the worst menu possible all of our money goes for us staying here but we don't have a say in the menu so called director and Don cutting down on hours when need people to work now something new I have been here over 2years every Friday there is icecream social now we were informed it now only be once a month and we are told if you have a colostomy because your medicare only provides two boxes of bags a month they have to cleaned out and reused is not very sanitary and the state seems to not care so if you have a loved one don't take to this or any diverscare

Don't judge a book by its cover. This place is not your newest construction with the fancy bistro diner and modern decor. All that fancy stuff is over rated because there is so much focus placed on those material things and not the care and attention a patient needs. I transferred my mom here from one of those high-end fancy facilities because she did not receive the care required. I am utterly impressed with the staff here. These people really do care about your loved one. There is plenty of staff always on hand to address my mom's needs promptly. Everyone is friendly, kind and is eager to help. They have that small home town feel. Family members are always there visiting, strangers will smile at you and say hi. The aids, nurses and physical therapist take the time to get to know the patient and build a relationship. My mom is very happy. I would highly recommend placing your loved one in the hands of these wonderful people. It is a peace of mind knowing they are properly cared for.
