On behalf of the Shirley Palmer family, we wanted to thank Mike Steele for going above and beyond his professional responsibilities during a very difficult time. He took the time to really listen to our needs and did everything within his capabilities to make the arrangements, which happened to fall within the COVID-19 restriction of large gatherings, exactly as Shirley would have wanted. I would highly recommend Campbell-Biddlecome for anyone needing to make funeral arrangements for their loved one.

I was unable to attend a close family friend's service so I sent a huge floral spray that should have been on an easel. The service was graveside and the arrangement was left on the ground without the easel. The funeral director's response was that if he had put the arrangement on the easel, it might have blown over, not his decision to make. Wasn't he there for the service, couldn't he have picked it back up?? When someone takes the time and spends the money to send flowers, that arrangement is a message from the sender to the family. It's not the funeral director's place to decide how the flowers should be presented. Because there were also other issues with this friend's arrangements, I would not recommend this company or their services to anyone. I would give minus stars if that were available.

He covered everything from A-Z and left everyone feeling confortable knowing we could trust Mike to handle everything during this very tough time. Excellent Service, and second best to no one...
