Had a somewhat confusing interaction w/ Services R US today. Needed to drop off something w/ a prepaid shipping label. This is not allowed, don't try it. Apparently, this information is posted on the front door, and elsewhere inside. However due to the many other things posted in the windows, it gets lost in a sea of posters and signage. In addition, it seems arbitrary to allow for drop off one day, and then refuse it the next. To take my dollar on Monday, and then refuse it the following Tuesday. It is a strange business model indeed to offer shipping, but not drop off. I get it, that stuff takes up space... Hell, a savvy business owner might utilize some of that space used up by a desk and build shelves and charge a drop off rate, and _capitalize_ on the need for people to drop things off. Perhaps charging by weight and size, for temporary storage and security... just a thought.

This shop is my new go-to for fax, mailing, notary services, etc. I received excellent one on one help and enjoyed great conversation while waiting for my fax confirmation. If only all tasks were this pleasant! Thanks again!
This was a 5 star experience. It felt good to support local small business, and Naomi was above and beyond in her service. I had nearly 50 packages going all over the world and she got me the best rates and got every package out on time. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE I'LL BE GOING FOR MY SHIPPING NEEDS!!!
SUPPORT BLACK WOMEN OWNED BUSINESSES!!! Extremely kind and professional. Family oriented, very humanizing experience as these services are essential and can be fairly time consuming and complex. But they had a great attitude and treated anyone who entered with care and respect. They are also following CDC guidelines, so I felt safe and secure in their office. Accessible to those who need cashapp/ Venmo/ Zelle as a form of payment. Very inspiring, seeing such a hardworking family! I’m proud to live here. Keep it up!!!
First time shipping here - so pleasant and efficient!
Apparently they don’t accept prepaid packages despite their website explicitly saying they do. I would have happily paid a small fee but was just told to “go find a Post Office.”
This place is a pain. What a waste of real estate. They don't take USPS drop offs, even for a fee, total disservice to the community.
Maskless and Rude I was thrilled when this place opened since it's so close to my house and it's always great to see more businesses open on up on Tompkins. Today I stopped by to drop off a prepaid package and and the maskless (yikes!) woman behind the counter told me they no longer accept prepaid packages. I said that was disappointing, she told me she doesn't need my dollars and called me a Karen.
