John performed 2 home inspections for me during my house hunting journey. John responded to my online quote requests within a few hours. John arrived early to the houses and explained everything in detail and provided excellent feedback. The inspection reports were provided the same night that he completed the inspections. The inspections reports were clear, in color, and each item had a very detail description of what the concern was. I highly recommend him to anyone!!!! If you are looking for a home inspector - do not hesitate to reach out to John at Arundel Home Inspection! I am a first time home buyer and just used his services because he had the most affordable rate and very good reviews. His work was beyond incredible! I brought along my uncle who works in construction and he said John was the most thorough inspector he had ever seen. The home inspection lasted about two hours and John took the time to show me items of concern, explained why they were of concern, and how I could move forward in having the item repaired. He also took the time to show me where all critical shut offs were in case of an emergency. Afterward, he provided a long, detailed report and photos of everything he saw just a few hours after he finished. I would recommend him to everyone looking for a home inspector and would love to work with him again in the future.
