Clearly not in need or want of business. I asked them if they had any Janome machines in stock. They responded right away with a Yes what are looking for. In which I responded back the models I was interested in with no follow up. 48 Hrs after that email was sent I sent another follow up.. with still no reply. I think I will happily take my elsewhere. Customer service is always essential.

My Janine 6600 works better now that when I bought it at Busy Bobbin years ago brand new, took two different machines in for servicing very happy with results, price and customer service. I plan to take the other two in at a later date
