My day started as just looking. No expectations. All that changed because of Ms. Katie Reid. She is the truly for the customer. She went above and beyond, and now I am the proud new owner of a 2021 Traverse!! She talked patiently with my husband via email for a week before we decided to visit. She is a true gem! Thank you to all the wonderful people at this company who made my car buying experience stress free and enjoyable!!

It was a pleasure doing business with Carter Chevrolet. They made everything an easy process. In addition, when coming back for service, there was a slight mix up with the warranty of my truck. When I purchased it, it came with two services at no charge. Because I had hardly any miles on it, one of the service offers expired and was no longer available for 2020. My truck was a 2019. I spoke with Mark Carter (the owner), who was more than happy to honor the original agreement and his team performed the service for me at no charge. I couldn't be happier. Steve
