I **!!highly!! ** recommend this vet after having a terrible experience with \Michigan Street Animal Clinic. \ My cat was so much more calmer, my cat wasn't timid like being at previous vet, and he's getting so much better already! This place has a very nice setting to it, with very polite and patient vets. Great If your looking for good quality and low costs!

This clinic just wants to make money & doesn't care about the animals or money. They don't \give out\ prescriptions so you have to purchase their high-priced medications/food. The vet will recommend medications that aren't necessary in order to make money. I paid the same for an office visit that I did for an inpatient stay for my cat. I switched vets because I wanted to look for the best price for the prescriptions & they refused to fax records to the new clinic. There are plenty of other good vets in Indy to give your money to.

Vet is an honest & sincere man. Staff seems quite competent. Location is very convenient! They do good work... As a small operation, I prefer SRVH over Banfield’s any day.

The staff were all very friendly and kind. They were able to accommodate my last-minute need for a same-day appointment well into the afternoon, which was extremely helpful. They were able to diagnose my cat and provide me with all the information/meds/food I needed to get her healthy again. I knock off 1 star because I was kind of in the dark about pricing. I highly recommend asking about the price for each and every test/medication/etc. your pet receives during an appointment. I was told mid-appointment about what the cost would be, which I appreciated, but when I went to pay, it ended up being almost double this amount. I received an itemized receipt, and every test/medication/etc. listed was performed and discussed with me, so it was not a question of legitimacy or anything. I understand completely that I asked for my cat to be diagnosed and therefore a variety of tests would need to be performed, but I would have liked to be kept up to pace with how the costs were adding up as the appointment progressed. I partly place the blame on myself. I should have just asked for pricing throughout if this is what I wanted, but I think this responsibility should be shared a bit more with the veterinary staff. Thanks to the staff for helping my furry friend, which is bottom line the most important part of a veterinary practice!
