Such a great company to talk to and have them educate you more about water softening system. I reached out to Kinetico about being interested in a Water Softener system for my house due to noticing water spots were more frequent during my car washes and on my polished tiles in my newly remodeled shower. I was able to set up an on site plumbing audit with Phil and he did such an amazing job on going through the area of where they'll need to do the plumbing and educated me on the difference between a digital system versus a non digital system. He also took his time to address my concern about where I wanted filter water for my car washes. He also did the water test in front of me which I really appreciate because when I schedule a water test with another company they didn't even do the test. They just told me that my area is known to have hard water. I then had a virtual consultant with Alex who was very professional on creating a PowerPoint presentation for me and which system would work best for me. When I'm ready to purchase the water softening system, I know for sure I'll be going with this company.

I had a Kinetico RO system installed in 2017 and have been very happy with the water quality and service. I have a peace of mind our drinking water is “clean” and a service team who are CONSISTENTLY professional. They were very patient with answering all my questions from day one and continue to do so presently. A specific appointment time is provided (not a 2-4-6 hour window) and the technician shows up when appointments are scheduled. It makes their service very convenient so we can plan for our day. When services are performed, the working area is kept organized and the technicians are consistently mindful of cleaning up before they leave your home. They are very knowledgeable about their products, including applied water science and are able to customize a system for your home. Our drinking water system have been operating seamlessly with routine maintenance consistently delivered.

Very Knowledgeable and Great Customer Service. I called Kinetico to get more information about their water softening/tank exchange services here in the Santa Clarita Valley. Although they did not offer the service I was looking for in my area, the representative was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Will definitely utilize them in the future.
