I wasn't there for the inspection, but my husband told me Ran did a great job. Very thorough. Very helpful. Was available in the time frame we needed, and provided his very detailed inspection only hours later. Separated items that needed attention to items that we should be mindful of. Quality service. Very professional and personal home inspector . The inspector did a walk through for about 15 minutes briefly review his findings and I got the report the same day. Report was 76 pages itemized the findings. 2 days after inspection the inspector call to follow up if I review the home inspection report and if I have any questions. We employed the services of OR Valuation Service before the purchase of our home. The home inspector is cool headed, friendly, helpful, professional and VERY THOROUGH in his services which we really appreciated. His report was well sectioned and easy to understand. There were lots of well descriptive pictures with arrows and circles to easily identify the items of interest. Most often he would include lots of information on safety and proper usage of an item in his reports.
