Absolutely wonderful experience, start to finish. Since I'd been sent home to work during the COVID-19 pandemic, I decided it was time to finally create the office I wanted. I knew I didn't want anything "run of the mill" so I started looking for vintage furniture and came across Steel Santos. From my initial email, they were extremely helpful and quick to respond. Since everything is custom, the options are nearly endless. The turnaround was just a couple of weeks. Shipping charges to bring the desk to Indiana from California were reasonable. I would definitely recommend Steel Santos to anyone looking for something unique!

I bought a custom desk and a flat file. The flat file was not matching, and to save time and money from their side they put the glass on top instead of placed inside like they did the desk. We requested that it match and they are asking us to pay them more money to accommodate us. A classic bait and switch. I don't recommend them clearly.
