I spoke with Rick in the service department because I experienced an issue with my 2018 Chevy Malibu LT. He looked up the issue, told me there was no recall but that there was special coverage through GM for the issue I was describing. He made me an appointment the very next day and told me he’d call to give me an update. He called me, told me my car did have the exact issue that fell under the additional or special coverage and said they would have the part to fix my car the next day. Approximately three hours later, I was notified by the dealership that my car was ready for pickup. I thought there was some sort of mix up so I called back and was once again connected with Rick. He told me they were able to find the needed part at another location and they went ahead and did the repairs. I was very happy because it meant not having to figure out transportation to work the next day. He was awesome!

I was searching used car sights to find the Dodge Avenger I wanted with a few specific features. They had one on the lot as a trade. We drove 3hrs to look at the car. I brought it home with us. Our experience with Joel was phenomenal. The whole staff is helpful. This place is not like any other dealership and was well worth the scenic trip!! That Avenger sure looks better in my drive way than it did on their lot :) Thank you H&H!!!

Wonderful ordering, buying and delivery experience at H&H Chevrolet. Dealer principal Mickey Nye was very patient and helpful throughout the process. He made sure we understood everything. He followed up, kept us informed and did everything he said he would do. Showroom and service areas are clean and neat. I highly recommend this dealer.

Went for parts, price was actually better than the chain stores, and while not in stock, the ship date was the same as the others. Way better than I expected and it's GM parts.
