Always a great job, not always open.

Brought my shoes to get new soles due to a hole. He put on new soles (42) but now my shoes are way too tight and completely unwearable. When I brought the shoes back to be rectified, he said that they should fit just as well as when I brought them in the first time. So now I'm out 40 bucks and have to buy new shoes...
