Let me start off by saying I don’t trust car salesmen. I called and my salesman was polite and professional. They work very closely with my bank and that bank gives them a good rating so I trusted them. They worked quickly and professionally for the sale. TO MY KNOWLEDGE there was no fancy tricks or hidden fees. Straight business. The sale staff, financing office, and insurance office were all professional and polite. The truck was spotless when I picked it up. Everything was fast and easy.

I've not had dealings with the sales department but the service department is terrible. There is zero communication with the customer about the vehicle or a time frame for when to pick it up. They ended up trying to get us to approve a 1500 bill for a 20 part and basic maintenance that we had paperwork proving that it had already been done. Never taking a vehicle here again.
