I met an associate name Austin he was really friendly. He helped us get an idea of the vehicle I wanted. Austin was really knowledgeable with the car information. I also met Mrs. Randi who was excellent. She had great customer service skills and she really broke down the financial part. Mrs. Randi was very personable and I enjoyed are interaction together. She was a big help and i notice the small touches. Way To go Austin and Mrs. Randi.

I have driven many makes of vehicles. And have visited many service departments. Orr Nissan in Shreveport is by far the best service department I’ve ever dealt with. Friendly knowledgeable staff. And I’m always satisfied with the work. I try to use the service advisor name Danny, he is extremely knowledgeable and above and beyond with customer service. A sweet lady name Syndie is great about following up to make sure that my experience was excellent . That’s something really special these days. It makes me actually feel like a valued customer.
