So unprofessional... They hesitate to give you an accurate payment calculation and even when they do they keep the papers as if they are holding government secrets! The guy didn’t trust me enough to to leave me with the calculation paper for 30 seconds!!! It was humiliating. By the way, not much of a protection for covid

Let me tell you how I just stopped by to INQUIRE about a new car purchase. The salesman I worked with Sam was so super amazing.... ...he handled everything as if we were old friends.... BUT let me tell you about the Manager Barry when I tell you he did absolutely everything he could to get me the deal I asked for on a brand new LEXUS 250 AWD.......( I initially stopped by to inquire about) I could not have asked for a better experience!!!! Both of these gentlemen were the ABSOLUTE BEST and treated me like VIP....and my deal was not an easy one... Thank you both.....I can't thank both of you enough
