We love this office and both of the providers - Dr. Villagra and Mercedes. They are both so calm and kind with our children, and spend as much time as the kids need to feel comfortable. We get great care here!

Doctor is really professional and very friendly I love how he is with their patients 5 stars for him But the front desks girls have terrible costumer service, they always answer the phone with bad mood it happened always my son is New in this clinic, my friends recommend this Doctor and they say that he is the best one but they have same problem with the Front desk womens

Update: still trying to get on the schedule for physical. It's been almost 2 months! Expect to wait for at least an hour each time you come for an appointment. The doctor is reluctance to make referrals to specialists Although we have seen this doctor before, and find him knowledgeable and caring, the wait time in his office is consistently terrible, we have been to six appointments at his office, and today was just outrageous. Our 10 in the morning appointment turned into 3 hour waiting. The front desk person changed our appointment time to 11 without even telling us about it but that was a mute point because at that time it was already 11 when I found out. We walked out of the office at 1 p.m., 3 hours later, without being seen. The doctor most definitely needs to understand the business processes for medical office and correct someone with the business flow. In the previous times we usually waited at least 40 minutes to an hour, but having to wait for 3 hours is just beyond any reasonable person should expect.

Dr. Jose Villagra, definitively he plays his doctor role with the children’s in an invaluable way, of course, sometimes you have to wait for 1 hour but I think it's worth the wait given the reason it's hard to find an excellent doctor like him. My daughter and son they always have fun during the visit with him, I definitively recommend !!!!

Dr. Villagra is amazing. My four children enjoy the doctors visits because he listen to me as the mother, but also to them as patients. The way he addresses \parental exaggerations\ and personal beliefs is very respectful. He is funny and even when sick he makes the kids feel safe. The wait is a bit long at sometimes, but a good doctor is hard to find, so just have patience. Overall we are extremely satisfied with Dr Villagra.
